Last Minute

Though Karina has found some vital costuming items, she has ultimately been unprepared in costuming my cast. This lack of preparation has been due to the fact that she lives far away from our school and that she has been sick for a majority of the past week. This has been an extremely crucial time, especially what with our performance being next week. And so, I have now began finishing up costumes on my own. Today I was fortunate enough to find a number of key items at a local Goodwill. After this shopping trip, I was able to finalize costumes for the entire cast. Since next Monday will be a holiday, my cast will be coming in at lunch on Tuesday to rehearse in addition to trying on costumes. Now with this costuming aspect of the performance set, I am left with some decisions to be made about the musical accompaniment as well as the slide show. I will not be able to rehearse my performance with everything until the day before the performance. Even then, I will still be missing the musical component. It has just been very stressful trying to manage so many aspects of a performance when it is not even possible to rehearse all of them simultaneously.
